This course provides an overview of and solutions to common desktop computer and network issues confronting businesses daily. The focus of this course is to enable office staff to assist their companies with basic, persistent Information Technology (IT) needs. Students will learn how to solve basic network and PC support issues, and will know when to call a professional network consultant. A+ Computer Repair: A+ Certification Test Preparation
This practical, hands-on course focuses on all aspects of computer troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, hardware installation, configuration, diagnostics and repair. The course also introduces students to local and wide area networks, interconnectivity and network infrastructure. The course curriculum addresses all of the most current CompTIA A+ certification exam objectives.

This instructor led course provides individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to troubleshoot basic problems end users face using Microsoft Windows XP Professional in an Active Directory network environment.
